Thanks Dad Productions is a small production company, conceived in Melbourne, Australia in 2015. Thanks Dad is committed to creating, writing and producing new content in the creative realms of film, television and online content.

Bradley Hall created Thanks Dad Productions as a way to produce his own work as a writer, producer and director. In January 2016, Bradley was joined by Michael Tyrikos to co-create and produce two short films. Thanks Dad continues to evolve into the 2020’s.

Short Films are a great foundation in film, providing a platform to support and grow the emerging talent in the industry. Short Films allow writers, producers, directors, actors, cinematographers and crew the opportunity to gain valuable experience.

Many of today’s great filmmakers all started by creating Short Films. Thanks Dad Productions has followed in their footsteps. ‘All You Can Be’ is the first production from Thanks Dad. Stay tuned for it’s progress as it is released later in 2016/2017.

A Feature Film is the ultimate in cinematic achievement. A Feature takes an audience on a journey and allows them to escape the reality of life for 90 minutes. In that time, we hope to make you laugh, cry, fall in love and be inspired.

Thanks Dad have various Feature Films in the works. Ranging from comedies, dramas and thrillers, we hope to bring these stories to life in the coming years. We can’t wait to share with you our vision and passion that is filmmaking.

Nobody wants to see sketch comedy that’s the same sketch they’ve seen time and time again, or that’s just a rehash of that thing.

Brad and Michael share a love for laughter and the ‘Dad Joke’. This inspired them to sit down and create some comedy characters and sketches. The comedy will mainly be posted online as a fun outlet and to hopefully entertain our followers.

The first comedy character, ‘Holy Man’ or Father Hardy, lead to ‘The Adventures of Holy Man’. Holy Man finds himself in some amusing situations. Stay tuned for more characters and sketches in the coming weeks and months! Gotta have a laugh right?
